Dry mixed recycling (DMR) is a really straightforward way to increase your recycling rates, reduce costs and divert your business waste from landfill. Cardboard, paper, plastic and cans can all be disposed of in one recycling bin.

Centrol collect DMR nationally for processing at advanced recycling centres. Providing that the dry waste isn't contaminated by other waste, such as waste food left in its packaging, it can be recycled and its value as a commodity can be maximised.

Fully segregating waste materials into different streams is not always possible, but DMR is a lot more straightforward and requires less waste containers if space is at a premium. It also means less time sorting waste.
